2011 Chevrolet Equinox - 2011 Chevrolet Equinox compact SUV crossover is available in LS, 1LT, 2LT and LTZ trim levels. In 2011, the optional V6 engine, the Chevrolet Equinox 2011 is now E85 capability. Other improvements include a cloth heated seats, compass and 2LT models of the LS. USB port, leather-wrapped steering wheel and Bluetooth are now standard on 1LT and standard OnStar service is upgraded to get up and connections (which provides access to the OnStar navigation and information services), a six-month trial .

2011 Chevy Equinox is an elegant and comfortable, marking a segment of very competitive small crossover. RAV4 and CR-V buyers should take note. Premium looks inside and out, quiet cabin with lots of storage space, adjustable rear seats, four-cylinder petrol engine. Not quite as much cargo space competitors main hard to reach some of the controls, insensitive and uncommunicative steering.

All Chevrolet Equinox 2011 comes standard with a 2.4 liter four cylinder producing 182 horsepower and 172 lb-ft of torque. Optional on all but the LS is a 3.0-liter V6 264 hp and 222 lb-good feet of torque. Both engines come standard with a six-speed automatic transmission and front wheel drive, all-wheel drive is optional. When equipped with four-cylinder engine, the Equinox is the sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 9.3 seconds, which is in the middle of the segment.

Equinox a four-cylinder with FWD reached an EPA estimated 22 mpg and 26 mpg highway mpg city/32 combined. Drivetrain lowers estimates for 20/29/23. A V6 with front-wheel drive Equinox receives an estimated 17/25/20 with all-wheel drive versions drop 1 mpg on the highway. Impressive as these figures are, however, we noticed that Equinox struggles over most of the cars to match these figures in the real world.
