The All-New Twingo 2012 will be the first mass production car inspired by Renault's new design identity. In terms of styling, Renault's 2012 Twingo RS comes with a yellow exterior finish, a new front grille with integrated fog lights, and an F1-style front blade integrated into the bumper.
The 2012 Renault Twingo RS sits on a new set of 16-inch alloys and features two air vents integrated into the rear wheel arches, for cooling the brakes. The new Twingo RS also comes with a rear roof spoiler.
At the interior, the 2012 Renault Twingo RS comes with yellow stitching on the steering wheel and seats, a Gloss Black rev-counter, and an optional Renaultsport Monitor onboard telemetry system.
For starters there will be four engines (two petrol, repeat, and two diesel, the new addition):
- 1.2 16V 75 bhp (petrol).
- 1.2 TCE 100 bhp, 155 Nm (gasoline).
- 1.5 DCI 75 hp (diesel), replacing the previous 65 hp.
- 1.5 DCI 85 hp (diesel).
