2011 BMW i3 Concept - BMW i3 is a very versatile concept, in which every detail has been designed and optimized to achieve the ultimate goal. Its innovative architecture makes life drives the BMW Concept I3 light, safe, spacious and dynamic. The innovative use of materials and intelligent light as well, not just the I3 concept to travel long distances on a single charge, and provide excellent security event of a collision, but also help give the car an excellent driving dynamics.


The electric motor on the rear axle - which generates an output of 125 kW/170 hp and an impressive torque of 250 Nm (184 lb.-ft.) from a stop - and a small turning radius combine to create a nice crisp handling characteristics. I3 BMW Concept accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h (37 mph) in under four seconds of rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than eight seconds.


The module called life evokes a feeling of space inside the car even more generous than the last conversion of vehicles to offer. Select the material to give the cabin a spacious and open character resembles a living room. The use of renewable raw materials is another feature of the interior, offering passengers an additional means to "live" the sustainability of the vehicle.

Parts of the dashboard and door panels are visible from natural fibers, while the natural tan leather seats create a lounge atmosphere. With four seats, wide-mouthed opponent "coach" doors, with an initial capacity of 200 liters and an additional compartment in the front functional, the BMW Concept i3 is fully equipped to meet the demands of daily use.
